The individual privacy of every visitor to our Web site is of utmost importance to Helix Health. We do not collect any individual information about visits to this site, only general traffic data which is not identifiable to specific users. This information is used to maintain and improve our Web site.

The following applies to the publicly available ‘contact us’ page of our Web site: When we ask for a phone number and/or email address so that a Helix Health staff member may respond to a request for contact, these phone numbers and e-mail addresses are not shared outside the company. The information submitted is sent via a secure internet connection to our server. We will make every attempt to protect both contact information as well as any other information that may be voluntarily provided within a message from the contact page. However, due to the sensitive nature of personal and family health information we encourage those who use the ‘contact us’ feature of the website to limit the contents of messages until a formal patient-provider relationship has been established with Helix Health.
